1. Replace Your Mailbox

An old worn-out mailbox can give a bad first impression, especially if it is at the curb where potential buyers will see it before the house. This can be a simple fix that can be checked off your list in a weekend or less. Some new replacement mailboxes can be installed using the existing post, making it even quicker and easier. 

2. Paint the Front Door

Making sure the front door looks great is a simple way to improve curb appeal. Luckily, you can often do this with a few quick touches. If the finish is worn, try adding a new coat of paint or stain in an updated color. It’s also a good idea to make sure any glass is kept clean and free from fingerprints. 

3. Dress Up the Windows
